PVC stands up to weather and Velcro. Embroidered patches suit jackets, hats, and display frames. Many groups order both from the same art file: rubber for the carrier, thread for the hangar or reunion jacket.

If you have a written color requirement, paste it into the quote. Guessing “army green” is how mockups get rejected.
Velcro, size, and name tapes
Hook-and-loop lets wearers swap patches on carriers and bags. We can supply hook, loop, or both. Sew-on remains available for uniforms that do not use Velcro panels. Original humour, unit nicknames you own, and veteran-owned brand marks are normal custom work. Do not send official Ministry of Defense or agency seals, protected trademarks, or someone else’s patch to clone. If you are ordering for an authorized unit program, say so and provide the files you are allowed to use.
