Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you request a quote or order custom patches from Patch Factory USA. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Quotes and mockups
Quotes are based on the artwork, size, quantity, backing, and finish you provide. Every quote includes a free digital mockup, usually within 12 hours. We do not start production until you approve the mockup in writing (email or the channel you chose on the form).
Minimum order
The minimum order is 5 patches per design. A second size, colorway, or backing counts as a second design with its own 5-piece minimum.
Artwork and rights
You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you send. We manufacture from your files. We do not copy protected official insignia, ranks, or trademarks without authorization.
Production and delivery
Typical production plus USA-wide shipping is 7–12 business days after written approval. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Rush options may be available on request. Shipping is free USA-wide after mockup approval.
Color and material matching
We match Pantone and brand colors as closely as thread, yarn, PVC, print, or leather allows. Slight variation between mockup, material, and final patches is normal.
